Globany is a creative platform that lets anyone generate realistic images and videos using AI. Our mission is to make high-quality synthetic media accessible for private and professional use — whether that means having fun with friends, prototyping creative ideas, producing marketing assets, or exploring visual concepts.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use Globany, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to globany.com and all related services.

• Account information. Your email address, display name, and authentication identifiers when you sign up or sign in (including via Google).
• Generation content. The prompts you submit and the images or videos you generate, so we can deliver, display, and store your creations in your account.
• Billing data. Subscription tier, plan history, and payment metadata. Payment card details are processed and stored by Stripe — Globany never sees your full card number.
• Usage data. Basic logs (timestamps, feature usage, errors) that help us keep the service stable and improve it.
• Cookies. Strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not sell your data to advertisers.

• To provide the generation service and store your creations in your account.
• To process payments, manage subscriptions, and apply your monthly credits.
• To prevent abuse, fraud, and violations of our acceptable use rules.
• To improve product quality, fix bugs, and develop new features.
• To respond to support requests sent to contact@globany.com.

Globany is designed for lawful, creative, and professional use — for example, personal projects, entertainment, design exploration, prototyping, and marketing content where AI generation is clearly appropriate.

You may not use Globany to:

• Create content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or violates applicable laws.
• Generate misleading or deceptive media intended to defame, defraud, or manipulate others — including disinformation, fake "evidence," or content designed to be passed off as real journalism.
• Impersonate real, identifiable individuals without their clear consent, or generate non-consensual intimate imagery of any person.
• Produce sexual content involving minors, or any content that exploits, endangers, or harms children.
• Harass, threaten, dox, or incite violence against individuals or groups.
• Interfere with elections, public health, or other safety-critical processes through synthetic media.
• Build datasets, models, or competing services by scraping or systematically extracting outputs from Globany.

When you share AI-generated media outside Globany in contexts where realism could mislead a viewer, you are responsible for disclosing that the content is synthetic. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules and, where required, cooperate with law enforcement.

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to a small number of authorized personnel and protected by role-based access controls.

No system is perfectly secure, but we work to apply industry-standard safeguards and to keep our dependencies up to date.

• Stripe — payments and subscription billing.
• AI model providers — used to render your images and videos. Prompts and outputs may be processed on their infrastructure to fulfill your request.
• Google — optional sign-in.

Each provider operates under its own privacy policy.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To make a request, email us at contact@globany.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

You can also delete your account at any time, which removes your stored creations and account profile.

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. Generations remain available in your account until you delete them or close your account. Billing records may be retained longer where required by tax and accounting laws.

Globany is not directed to children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and where appropriate, by additional notice in-app.
